By accessing or using AI by Career (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. The Site and Content

AI by Career is an informational resource. All content is provided "as-is" and "as-available" for general informational purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for any particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion at any time without notice.

3. Not Professional Advice

Information on this Site is for general productivity and educational purposes. It does not constitute professional advice in any field. Consult a qualified, licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction before acting on any tool recommendation. We disclaim all liability for actions taken in reliance on Site content.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt Site operation
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content without prior written permission
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is the property of Indraprastha Publications or its licensors. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use and share short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original. You may not reproduce substantial portions without prior written permission, use content commercially without express license, or train AI models on our content without compliance with our /llms.txt policy.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and embeds (e.g., YouTube videos). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

7. Advertising and Affiliate Links

The Site displays advertising served primarily by Google AdSense. The Site does not currently display affiliate links. If we add affiliate links in future, we will disclose them per our Affiliate Disclosure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
  • Our total cumulative liability, regardless of cause, shall not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees) or the equivalent in your jurisdiction, whichever is lower.
  • We disclaim liability for: errors or inaccuracies in content, personal injury, unauthorized access to data, interruption of service, viruses, acts or omissions of third parties.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indraprastha Publications, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, power failures, internet service provider failures, cyber attacks, or any other force majeure event.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Liability limitations, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to first attempt resolution by emailing contact [at] aibycareer [dot] com with subject prefix [Legal]. We will attempt in good faith to resolve within 30 days.

13.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, conducted in English by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative action against us.

13.4 Exceptions

Nothing in this section limits our right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or prevent misuse of the Site.

14. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.

15. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
