Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with applicable copyright laws including the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and, where relevant, the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a Notice of Infringement

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send written notice to our designated agent including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with URL or sufficient information to locate it
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Response Process

On receipt of a complete notice we will:

  • Review the claim
  • If we determine in good faith the claim has merit, remove or disable access to the material within a reasonable time
  • Notify the content poster (if different from us)

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same required elements. We reserve discretion over restoration decisions.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting false claims may result in legal liability. Only submit claims you have a good-faith basis to make.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who repeatedly post infringing content.

No Obligation of Constructive Knowledge

We do not monitor content for infringement and disclaim constructive knowledge of infringing material until we receive a valid notice. Our response to any specific notice does not create a general duty of monitoring.
