  • Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we act as the Controller of personal data we process from users in the European Economic Area.
  • For users in California, references to "sale" and "sharing" of personal information are interpreted as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

This Policy applies to personal data we collect through the Site. It does not apply to: (a) third-party websites linked from our Site; (b) content or practices of our advertising partners; (c) content you voluntarily share on third-party platforms.

This Site does not currently display affiliate links. If we add them in future, this section will be updated to disclose specific networks used.

7. Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States (Google services, Cloudflare). Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (for EEA transfers) and DPDPA-compliant cross-border frameworks (for India-originated data).

  • Email correspondence: up to 3 years from last interaction, unless required longer by law

The Site is not directed at children under 18. Under DPDPA, processing of children's data requires verifiable parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
